New CLient Meetings

While it is still necessary to meet new clients and of course, their pets, we now require the gathering of information to be done beforehand. This will decrease the amount of time spent in your home during our introductory meeting. Once our Client Consultation is scheduled, an email confirming the meeting will be sent to you containing a link to our Client Portal. We ask that all new clients complete the pet care information forms at least 24 hours before our meeting.

We also require that all people present to wear masks over their nose and mouth for everyone’s safety.

Virtual Meetings

We are also now offering Zoom meetings, if you’d prefer, for new clients so we can answer questions and work out service details. Afterwards, we will schedule a time for a quick drop in to meet the pets and to obtain a key.
