Owners

Matt & Barbara are a husband and wife team who have been dedicated to caring for pets for over 23 years. Originally from New Jersey, their love for animals began in their teens, pet sitting for friends and family. After moving to Florida following 9/11 and leaving the corporate world, they turned that lifelong passion into a profession when they recognized a growing need for reliable, compassionate pet care in their community.

Over the years, they’ve not only built a trusted pet sitting business but have also fostered and adopted more than 20 dogs, bringing a deep, personal understanding of animal care to every client they serve.

While we work 365 days a year, our "office hours" are from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday. All messages (with the exception of emergencies from current clients) will be returned within 1 business day.

    This is our preferred method of contact. Please click this link and complete a few basic questions about your pet sitting needs. We respond very quickly (within 24 hours) so if you don't receive a response, please check your junk folder.

We answer emails messages within 24 hours. if you don't receive a response, please check your junk folder first then resend the message or call us. ** we will need to know what you are looking for so it’s recommended that you use the Request a consultation link and answer the basic questions.

    You may leave us a message at (904) 220-4990. we don’t have a receptionist or office staff to answer the phone and we don’t answer calls when we are pet sitting. this makes call backs more challenging than electronic communication. we will do our best to return your call but it may be the next day. **we will still need to know the basic info so it is recommended that you use the Request initial visit link.

    If you leave a message while we are caring for your pet, PLEASE ACCESS the TIME TO PET app or client portal to SEND US A MESSAGE. WE WILL RESPOND VERY QUICKLY.
