Business Hours - While we work 365 days a year, our "office hours" are from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday. All voicemails, emails and text messages (with the exception of emergencies from current clients) will be returned within 1 business day.

If you leave a message while we are caring for your pet and would like an update, we will return your call as soon a possible.

We gladly accept text message for letting us know you've returned from a trip or to request an update on your pets while you are away.
We prefer not to receive text message scheduling requests as they can be easily deleted in error or overlooked. if you must text a request, please send it to our business line and not a cell phone number you may have for us.
