important information about our services:

  • We operate using a 2 hour time window for am & pm visits. the morning visit windows are 6-8 Am & 7-9 am. pm visit windows are 7-9 pm & 8-10 pm.

  • Midday visits are between 11-3.

  • We require at least 3 visits a day for dog vacation visits. Since we operate using 2 hour time windows, we do not do visits more than 12 hours apart. For example, if the window for the morning is 7-9 AM and PM is 7-9 PM, the visits can potentially be 14 hours apart so a midday is required.

  • Cats require at least one visit per day. we do not visit cats every other day for safely reasons.

  • we appreciate flexibility regarding timing for cats who do not require medication.

**VISIT PRICING IS FOR 1-3 PETS. ADDITIONAL PETS - $1 EXTRA PER CAT, $2 EXTRA PER DOG

25 minutes is perfect for a dog walk/visit or spending time with a friendly cat.

15 minute visit for a quick dog potty break or shy/independent feline visit.

** All tasks must be able to be completed in the allotted time.

***Only applies to cat visits or midday dog visits.

overnight stay

We arrive between 9:00 - 10:00 pm,  stay overnight then leave the next morning between 6:00 - 7:00 am.

The visit includes a late night walk/let out and a morning walk/let out and feeding.  

Your pets will also receive lots of TLC  from the AFITW sitter during their stay in your home.

Holiday surcharge

Because we offer service to our clients over every holiday, we charge an additional $10 per day for the following holidays:

  • New Year's Eve

  • New Year's Day

  • Easter

  • Memorial Day

  • Independence Day (4th of July)

  • Labor Day

  • Thanksgiving Day

  • Christmas Eve

  • Christmas Day

Late appointment scheduling fee

appointments requested with less than 48 hours are subject to a $10 fee per booking.

Payment

  • Payment is due 24 hours before service begins.

  • Overnight stays - we only provide overnight stays to one client at a time so space is limited. a deposit may be requested to hold your reservation especially during holiday times.

  • We will require payment in full for holiday reservations. payment is due on 11/1 for Thanksgiving reservations and 12/1 for Christmas reservations. If we reach our capacity more than 30 days prior, we will contact you and request payment be made at that time.

Cancellation

Non-holiday times

  • Cancel prior to 48 hours before commencement of services - no fee

  • Cancel less than 48 hours before trip - 50% cancellation

Holiday times

  • If you cancel a holiday reservation with less than 14 days in advance, a 25% cancellation fee will apply.

  • If you cancel a holiday reservation with less than 7 days in advance, a 50% cancellation fee will apply.

  • Any booking which we have not received payment for, at least 30 days in advance of the holiday will not be considered confirmed or reserved.

**Fee for pet supply shopping  - $15 plus the cost of food/items
