You may contact us using several different methods:

Phone:  This method is preferred if you are requesting last minute/emergency service, extending a trip or cutting a trip short or have questions regarding our services, rates or availability.

Also, if you have questions regarding our rates, services, service area or general questions about us, please call us, so that we may discuss them with you in a personal manner.

If you leave a voicemail, we will return your call as soon as possible, usually within 1-2 hours if you call between 8 am and 5 pm.  If you call after 5 pm, we may not be able to return your call the same evening but will get back to you before noon the following day.

Email:  This method is preferred for service requests you may have with plenty of advanced notice.  Please include as much detailed information as possible (i.e., departure/arrival time, specific visit times required, any changes to routine, changes to contact information, etc.).

You may also request information about our rates, services and service areas via email, as long as there is not an urgency to the response.

** We answer emails very quickly (within 24 hrs) so if you do not hear back from us, please resend the message or call us. Unfortunately, we receive a very large amount of SPAM emails daily & some real messages may slip through the cracks.

Mail:   This method is the least preferred, as our physical address is a mail location only and we are not always able to collect our mail at regular intervals. This method should only be used for non time sensitive communications.
