Business Hours - While we work 365 days a year, our "office hours" are from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday. All messages (with the exception of emergencies from current clients) will be returned within 1 business day.

you may leave us a message at (904) 220-4990. we don’t have a receptionist or office staff to answer the phone and we don’t answer calls when we are pet sitting. this makes call backs more challenging than electronic communication. we will do our best to return your call but it may be the next day. **we will still need to know the basic info so it is recommended that you use the Request initial visit link.
